Permit EXPIRED? Don’t Worry!
Hi ,
If your CCW permit has expired, you can still renew it—there’s no penalty for renewing late, as long as it’s been expired less than 2 years.
Just sign up for a renewal class and start the process!
Important: You cannot legally carry while your permit is expired. Once you complete your renewal and get your updated permit, you’re good to go.
If it’s been over 2 years since expiration, you’ll need to reapply as a new applicant.
