CCW USA Offers “HSC Instructor Training” for people interested in offering Handgun Safety Certificates through the California Department Of Justice, Handgun Safety Certificate Program.
This class is for Gun Store Owners or employees that will be releasing handguns to clients. Anyone who can lawfully own a firearm persuant to State and Federal Law can also become a HSC Instructor; order and issue HSC cards.
