Hello ,
Exciting news! The 9th Circuit has made a significant decision in our favor regarding the Carralero v. Bonta California Public Carry Bans Lawsuit. They have officially dissolved the administrative stay and, even better, have denied CA’s Motion for a Stay Pending Appeal.
What does this mean?
Well, it means that all SB2 public carry bans, which were previously blocked by our District Court injunction, are now once again blocked.
In other words, every place in California where a CCW holder could carry in 2023, you can confidently carry again in 2024. This is a major win for us and opens up a world of possibilities for CCW holders in the state!
It Doesn’t Stop There!
SB2 is far from defeated, and our battle will continue as it heads to court in April. Here are a few things you can do to support our God-given right and preserve our freedom…
1. Join us at the Legacy Center for the upcoming Gun Show.
2. Stand with SDCGO by volunteering or becoming a member.
3. Provide your support to CRPA, FPC, and 2A Foundation.
Together, we can put an end to the burdensome laws and safeguard our right to bear arms!
