Starting January 1, 2024, SB2 requires 16 hours of training for new CCW applicants.
Steps to Take:
✅ Step 1: Take Day 1 – 8-Hour Classroom Training (firearm safety, situational awareness, use of force laws).
✅ Step 2: Get approval from the Sheriff’s Department, then complete the 8-hour Range Training within 90 days.
✅ Step 3: Qualify with all firearms you want on your permit.
Training Costs:

📌 8-Hour Range Training: $299
