Eight hours of classroom instruction in our indoor classroom in El Cajon. Seated, indoors, and out of the weather. There is no live fire on this date.

Who this day is for

Renewing your permit

Completes your eight hours of instruction. You still need a range qualification. RSVP for any Monday session at The Gun Range San Diego in Kearny Mesa: $60 at the range for one pistol, $20 for each additional pistol you are adding to your permit.

Your first permit, in person

This is Day 1 of the 16 hour course. Pair it with a range day, such as Escondido on Saturday, September 26. $249 on its own, or $499 for both days booked together.

  • Classroom instruction only. Your range time is a separate date.
